Present and future activities
In order to drive SAICA's transformation strategy, SAICA established the wholly owned, section 21 organisation Thuthuka Education Upliftment Fund. In 2005, this company was granted Public Benefit Organisation status with a section 18(A) tax exemption.
Although SAICA has made significant progress, it would not have been possible without the input of its major stakeholders. The role of other stakeholders is to individually and collectively work to achieve the strategy put in place by the SAICA Board.
The challenges and identified strategies that SAICA has already put in place and that will be expanded in the future, are set out in Challenges and Identified Strategies.
It is the view of SAICA that a review of our values and social responsibility can play a leading role in the development of Socio-Economic Development in South Africa.
